MAGICAL PLACES IN POLAND
ZAKOPANE
When we think of Zakopane, we immediately think of the characteristic construction in the region, manifested in the huts encountered. Roofs decorated with claws, tops above the windows with a sun motif. Who knows that this style, called Zakopane, was introduced by Stanisław Witkiewicz? The convergence of names is no coincidence here, the architect was the father of Witkacy himself, a colorful figure of the interwar period. Zakopane, in addition to the notorious Krupówki, however, hides even more secrets and picturesque places.

EAGLE'S NEST TRAIL
164 kilometres long. 17 unique castles and fortresses in its path, built on Jurassic rocks. The trail is the cradle of the history of Malopolska and Silesia. It starts in Krakow and continues towards Częstochowa. On its way there m.in castle in Korzkiew, Bobolin or Rudno. Each of these objects, whether preserved or ruined, is unique and has many facts, but also legends(!) to tell. However, we advise against organising our Eagle’s Nest Trail tour in the late evening/night hours. Who knows if there is no grain of truth in the legend of the castle in Ogrodzieniec….
KRASICZYN
Located a short distance from Przemysl – just 15 minutes by car. Krasiczyn is primarily the Castle, built on the decision of the casteman, Stanisław Krasicki. Built in the Renaissance style, it is a beautiful place to spend an afternoon, also ideal for all sorts of photo shoots in the park surrounding the castle. Legend has it that if you circle the largest tree, growing in the park complex, four times, will ensure undying happiness. So we are happy to help you with this.
ZAMOŚĆ
During the reign of the Jagiellonians on the throne of Poland, the Wawel Royal Castle gained renaissance décor, but the great crown hetman Jan Zamoyski went a step further. He founded the entire Renaissance city. He gave the zamość’s placement acts in 1580. The whole urban premise is based on harmony, on the model of the human body. Our pearl of the Renaissance, a little forgotten but still captivating.
FORGOTTEN CITIES OF ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKIE VOIVODESHIP
Wiślica, Korczyn, Chmielnik, or Pińczów. Cities located away from the hustle and bustle and fast life of Krakow. Few visitors to southern Poland will consciously go to these areas. Although they may seem inconspicuous, it is worth visiting them. These areas under the partitions passed into the rule of the Russians. It’s not been an easy 123 years for their residents. Kielce had the most severe life, and the greatest poverty prevailed here. In their history, however, they will find unique moments and discoveries. For example, on the territory of the church in Wiślica, one of the oldest baptismal scavengers in Polish lands was found. Also in the vicinity of present-day Pińczów, in the village of Kopernia, in 1257 a document was signed confirming the location of Krakow.
